Landcore’s geographic reach and capabilities are enhanced by its affiliation with Central Development Enterprises (CDE), which is headed by Clark East. CDE is a Florida-based real estate developer specializing in Neighborhood Strip shopping centers and Build-to-Suit restaurant / retail projects. Landcore and CDE frequently work together on various projects.
